Coolbluedog.com Announces Launch of Online Retail Store Specializing in Apparel for English Bulldogs, French Bulldogs and Pugs
Coolbluedog.com (http://www.coolbluedog.com), a new pet apparel company based in NYC, launches its online boutique catering to the growing population of “hard to fit breeds”. “Each year we have watched our beloved English and French Bulldogs and Pugs climb the most popular breed standings”, says Coolblue creators Jair Freire and Angela Cuce. “Our own English Bulldog, Bruiser, has been wearing altered duds from the children’s dept his entire life”.

“You see these breeds everywhere these days. They are incredibly popular with celebrities: Adam Sandler, Brad & Angelina, Andy Roddick, John Legend, Beth Ostrosky Stern, Mario Lopez, Martha Stewart, and Paris Hilton just to name a few”, Ms. Cuce states. But, stylish, well fitting clothes that match their celebrity status and adorable personalities are near impossible to find. The large heads, necks and broad chests of Bulldogs and Pugs just don’t fit into standard size dog clothes.
Coolblue hopes to fill the void that exists in the current pet apparel market by producing high quality, fashionable and comfortable clothing for the urban English Bulldog, French Bulldog and Pug, whether they live in NY, LA or anywhere in between. Coolblue’s garments are produced exclusively in the Garment Center of NYC and reflect the superior quality of American craftsmanship.
The company launched with a selection of fleece lined jackets for WInter 2010/11 in denim, military style camouflage and a cool black studded motorcycle jacket with skull and cross bone patches. They plan to add harnesses, raincoats, t-shirts and tank tops for Spring 2011 as well as other products and accesories.
